We’re pleased to share that Facebook has resumed allowing new Messenger bots on to their platform following the paused which started a month ago.
You can read more on the announcement from Facebook at F8 here.
What this means for Surveybot users
- If you are an existing user and have been using your own Facebook pages with Surveybot nothing will change for you. You can keep on using Surveybot as you have been doing.
- If you haven’t yet connected your own Facebook pages to Surveybot then you will now be able to do this. You can follow the steps to do this over in our help articles here.
If you have been awaiting the re-opening of Messenger bots we thank you for your patience during this time.
And of course thank you to all our users who have continued to use Surveybot to build and run their surveys.
